This is our why...
Taylor Hui, Founder of The Roster, started the BeaYOUtiful Foundation when she was 17. After realizing the need for young women to have a safe space to connect and feel heard, she started a six-week program focused on building confidence, community and connection. Today, the BeaYOUtiful Foundation is a Canadian Charity that has impacted for 2,500 young girls across Canada. The Roster continues to support the Foundation with 10% of every sale going back to the empowerment programs and conferences.
Do You Know a Young Girl That Would Benefit From BeaYOUtiful's Confidence Programs?
Those who identify as female, between the ages 8-14, are welcome to join BeaYOUtiful Foundation's confidence programs, mental health workshops and the annual Inspired By HER Conference. All programming aims to help build self-love in young girls, focusing on various topics including self-esteem, equality and racism, positive body-image, mental health, creating safe spaces, media literacy, and creating achievable goals.
BeaYOUtiful provides a unique experience, offering group classes integrated with local one-on-one mentorship sessions. Their mission is not to build a teacher, counsellor or friendship relationship, but a sisterhood bond to carry on for years to come.
