Not happy with your item? We are here for you! Exchange your product for equal or lesser value with a full store-credit, or apply for a refund.

No returns or exchanges on sale items.

Within 30 days
You are welcome to either make a refund (on full priced items) or can exchange for another item. Products must be in unwashed and unworn,  with original tags in tact.

After 30 days
Items are final sale only.

  

RETURN BY MAIL:

  • STEP 1:

    Please email contact@betheroster to determine office location mailing address. You may need to access order details within your online order history to complete this.

  • STEP 2:

    Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise is included. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping costs.

  • STEP 3:

    Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service and mail parcel.

 

Please allow up to 15 days for your exchange/ refund to be received and processed.
